Carriage House at Lee's Farm

Callahan, Inc. is providing construction management services and site work for the new senior living community, Carriage House at Lee’s Farm. The two-story, wood framed structure is approximately 54,000 square feet and will include a mix of studios, along with one and two bedroom units. Once complete, 30 of the units will be dedicated to assisted living residents and 29 units on the first floor will be dedicated to residents with Alzheimer’s and other memory impairments.
