Avalon Natick celebrated its Grand Opening in September. The community offers high-rise, multi-family apartment living in Natick, Massachusetts.

Callahan, Inc. provided construction management services for the new luxury apartment complex. The two high-rise buildings total 456,220 square-feet and include 407 units, including studio, one and two bedroom apartments and larger penthouse floor plans with high end finishes and features. Features include a video surveillance security system, a state-of-the-art fitness center, resident clubhouse, swimming pool, and a 137,036 square-foot elevated parking garage for 417 vehicles.
“The location, close to major highways and the commuter rail makes the new community an excellent choice for potential residents,” said Rich Tardiff, Project Manager at Callahan, Inc.
The property is owned by AvalonBay Communities and the architect was Russell Scott Steedle & Capone Architects Inc.
