One of the most important management tools to assure the timely and successful completion of any project on time is scheduling.

We will prepare an "entire project" schedule that will encompass all aspects of the project including design, approvals, permitting, preconstruction, pre-purchased items, construction and owner supplied and installed items. By producing a complete schedule, it allows the project team to accurately manage critical milestones of a project, and gives the owner a schedule that captures the actual start and completion dates of activities and a true picture of the critical path of the project.

Callahan, Inc. has full in-house scheduling capabilities that enable us to provide instantaneous scheduling information in various formats. We can revise and issue changes or scheduling updates to the owner, the architect, consultants, the owner's vendors and jobsite supervisors, as well as subcontractors and vendors.
